Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC, this upcoming device is believed to be the next iteration of the Z50 series which was introduced last year.

The specs of the Nubia Z50 Ultra that were spotted on GeekBench reveal that the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM. As for the operating system, the device is running on Android 10.

In terms of other specifications, the device sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ display with a tall 90Hz refresh rate. On the optics side, the Nubia Z50 Ultra comes with a 48-megapixel primary camera flashlight and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, the device sports an 8-megapixel front shooter. The device is also equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Besides this, the Nubia Z50 Ultra is said to be powered by a 3,900mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and USB Type-C.

The Nubia Z50 Ultra was initially slated to launch on March 5th but was subsequently pushed back to March 7th. Pricing and availability details are yet to be revealed. Given that the device was listed on GeekBench, an official announcement can be expected soon.
