This year, the Faculty Development Programme will be held in two batches, i.e. from June 16th to 20th and from July 1st to 4th, 2020.
The programme will cover topics such as methodologies in behavioural research, the fundamentals of analytical thinking, risk management, growth and diffusion of innovations, education analytics, research planning and management, drivers of organisational change, and more. The programme will also focus on value-based leadership, managing both active and passive innovation, data exploration and discovery, and changing patterns of leadership. This year, the programme will be broadcasted online, and will be open to both PhD and post-doctoral students, who are full-time faculty members at any accredited academic institute in India.

Additionally, applicants are required to fill out a questionnaire form and attach the brief bio-data form to the application, after which notification will be sent to the shortlisted applicants.
The last date to register for this Faculty Development Programme is 12th May, 2020. The selected participants will be awarded a certificate from IIM Ahmedabad and will also be eligible for local hospitality, for the duration of the programme.
