Mutual respect amongst colleagues and meaningful feedback from their supervisors helps elevate teacher job satisfaction. Working in a supportive environment and having a good relationship with colleagues who share a similar purpose and values is necessary to increase job satisfaction.

Increased financial incentives, such as raises and bonuses, is also a contributing factor to teacher job satisfaction. Equity and the reward of the hard work they put in is important to teachers. Knowing that their dedication and extra hours are understood through monetary awards also play a part in raising job satisfaction.

In conclusion, it is clear that teacher job satisfaction is much more than merely a paycheck. Although financial incentives are important, an environment which enhances their passion and encourages mutual care and respect is paramount. Understanding the factors which contribute to teacher job satisfaction is crucial for the furthering of education.
