Rick Perkins joined the Stride staff in early 2022 with a wealth of information from his job as a faculty chief. He commenced as a classroom trainer, moved to the role of Dean of College students, and ultimately turned a principal. He then transitioned to getting the Director of Instructional Operations at Florida Digital School. Below his leadership, the college doubled in dimension while creating increased academic performance in all measurables, including AP scores, FCAT scores, completion share, and passing prices. In addition, the teaching staff, which grew to above 1,000 whole-time lecturers (a 300% raise), documented the greatest morale in school background. Rick expended the following nine decades as VP of Instructional Products and services at Edmentum, Inc. He established and implemented Accomplishment Coaching, Tutoring, Vocation Academy, and College Mentoring – all for virtual school options. Since signing up for Stride, Rick has employed his experience to focus on restructuring the corporation. He has a bachelor’s diploma in Organization Management, a master’s degree in Educational Management, and a Certification of Educational Management for English 6-12, and Social Science, 6-12.
