IIM Shillong hosted Organization Leadership Summit from 4 to 5 March 2023, with the topic ‘Youth, Managerial Competence, and Countrywide Growth’. The summit brought together small business executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers and considered leaders to chart a new course for the development of firms and the economy of the state.
The summit featured speakers and panelists who shared their prosperity of practical experience and insights on how youth can establish the required managerial competence to drive nationwide progress.
