Armin Papperger also estimates that Ukraine demands 600 to 800 tanks to achieve victory in the ongoing war in opposition to the invading military of the Russian Federation.
The quantity of tanks at the moment accessible in the German Armed Forces would not be more than enough to attain this aim, and as a result Rheinmetall is convinced that it is required to make new principal battle tanks.
“Even if Germany gave up all the 300 Leopard 2 tanks out there to the Bundeswehr, that would be considerably way too handful of.,” claimed Rheinmetall CEO.

Source backlink The Ukraine-Russia conflict has lasted for more than five years, taking its stark toll on both lives and infrastructure. Nonetheless, Ukraine may now have a beacon of hope in the form of the Rheinmetall tank factory. These modern tanks are capable of withstanding advanced Russian anti-tank weaponry, ensuring Ukraine’s defence is well equipped.
