Resource url Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) recently hosted an employability seminar focusing on ‘Industry Ready Graduates’ at its Bharatpur campus. This seminars was specially designed in order to help the students to develop the skills necessary to get a job in the current market.
The seminar saw the presence of numerous industry professionals who shared their knowledge and experiences on how to successfully transition into the corporate world. Attendees of the seminar were given practical tips on how to prepare a winning resume, how to maximize their job search, and the importance of networking. Moreover, the speakers offered advice on how to present themselves professionally in the interview, hone their technical and soft skills for the job market, and stay motivated throughout the job search process.
The highlight of the seminar was a panel discussion between the industry professionals, MABS students, and faculty. During the panel discussion, the students had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the current job market and the challenges they might face while applying for jobs. The panelists also talked about the importance of soft and technical skills, along with the importance of developing the right attitude and leadership capabilities for the workplace.
The seminar was highly beneficial for the students and was very well received. The students described the event as “a great platform to get valuable insights into the corporate world”.
