Maharaja Agrasen Business School Hosts Employability Seminar

The speakers focussed on new-age partnerships to enhance the employability expertise of Indian pupils

Maharaja Agrasen Organization College, a B-College in the country done its first employability seminar. The concept for the seminar was – ‘Emptalks Are living – How to get office completely ready?’ The seminar brought prime specialists on a solitary system that deliberate insightful sessions on various features of the employability. The seminar noticed active participation of over 800 pupils. Bridging the gap concerning market and academia, this conclave gave learners an chance to obtain marketplace insights from marketplace dignitaries and their sights on the recent traits.

The function was divided into two sessions.  Session 1 focussed and deliberated on ‘Building the world expertise in India’. Resource url Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) recently hosted an employability seminar focusing on ‘Industry Ready Graduates’ at its Bharatpur campus. This seminars was specially designed in order to help the students to develop the skills necessary to get a job in the current market.

The seminar saw the presence of numerous industry professionals who shared their knowledge and experiences on how to successfully transition into the corporate world. Attendees of the seminar were given practical tips on how to prepare a winning resume, how to maximize their job search, and the importance of networking. Moreover, the speakers offered advice on how to present themselves professionally in the interview, hone their technical and soft skills for the job market, and stay motivated throughout the job search process.

The highlight of the seminar was a panel discussion between the industry professionals, MABS students, and faculty. During the panel discussion, the students had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the current job market and the challenges they might face while applying for jobs. The panelists also talked about the importance of soft and technical skills, along with the importance of developing the right attitude and leadership capabilities for the workplace.

The seminar was highly beneficial for the students and was very well received. The students described the event as “a great platform to get valuable insights into the corporate world”. MABS hopes to continue with such initiatives to ensure that their students are well prepared for their heads out into the job market.
