Supply backlink The ITC (Information Technology Center) at XYZ University has organized a multi-skill competition to engage and inspire its student body. This competition aims to challenge students to go beyond the conventional boundaries of their usual academic studies and hone their skills, both technical and artistic, in various fields.
The competition has been divided into four distinct categories – from coding and IT to creative writing and design. The competition is open to all ITC students, and all entries to the competition are to be submitted electronically.
The coding competition is the most powerful of the four categories and requires entrants to sharpen their programming skills and create an application that can address a society-level problem. The entrants will be judged on their application’s functionality, scalability, usability and functionality.
The creative writing competition aims to encourage entrants to express their opinions articulately and expressively on a given subject and present a compelling argument. The judging criteria here will be based on the entrants’ writing style, ability to express ideas clearly and how effectively they communicate the different ideas presented.
The design competition will evaluate the entrants’ aesthetic sense and ability to create visuals that can reflect the given message effectively. The entrants have to design a logo, a poster and/or a website for a given business. They will be judged on the basis of their design’s visual appeal, creativity and the general feel it inspires in the user.
Finally, there is the IT competition which will challenge the entrants to use their IT and coding skills to solve a given problem. They will be judged on the basis of their ability to think logically, creatively, and problem solve using the given technologies.
The entries of the competition will be evaluated and judged by experts from the respective fields. The winners will be awarded with cash prizes, and the top three entries in each category will be featured in ITC’s social media pages and website.
ITC hopes that this competition creates an interactive and engaging learning environment, while honing the skills of the students and inspiring them to excel in their respective fields.
