IMS Ghaziabad organised a Specialisation Sensitisation Workshop on ‘Choosing the Ideal Specialisation for Getting the Appropriate Placement’ for PGDM Batch 2022-24 on 15 December 2022.
Pertinent information on the scope, skill sets, task profiles and other appropriate features of the respective domains was shared by Location Chairpersons of Promoting, Finance, Human Source, Functions and Business enterprise Analytics & Information Engineering. Compered by Yashika Saini & Divyansh Singh and coordinated by Dr Radhika Malhotra & Dr Abhishek Bhushan Singhal, the interactive session enabled the pupils to imbibe the learnings and acquire an knowledgeable selection pertaining to their option of specialisations.

The event was organised in order to help students become aware of the different specialisations and career opportunities in the field of management. The workshop was attended by industry experts, renowned management professionals and the faculty of IMS.
The Principal of IMS Ghaziabad, Dr. Vibha Arora, welcomed the distinguished guests and shared her immense pleasure in hosting such an enlightening workshop. The workshop was kept interactive and aimed to help students gain a better insight into their chosen field of specialisation. The industry experts spoke on the various job roles and opportunities in different sectors and the salary prospects within the same. They also shared their views on the current and future job market for graduated in management. The guest speakers discussed about the nuances of the industry and offered valuable advice to the students on choosing their specialisations.
The workshop was a huge success and helped the students gain a much clearer perspective on their career goals and future prospects.
