IMS Ghaziabad organised the ’31st Annual E book Exhibition’ on campus 21 on January 2023. The exhibition was conceptualised by the Library group of the institute in order to strengthen the looking at behavior in the budding specialists.
The pupils, college and staff visited the stalls established by the publishers and went by wide range of books comprising textual content and reference management guides, monographs, classics, fiction, motivational publications and many others.
Coordinated by Dr Rudresh Pandey, Dr Pushpender Kumar and Lalita Tyagi, the function stimulated in the readers an interest for reading.

Resource connection Recently, IMS Ghaziabad proudly hosted a two-day enriching book exhibition, with the intention of promoting the habit of reading among the students of the university.
The event, which was graced by the presence of dozens of eminent personalities from the literary and scholarly fields, was organized by the University’s Research, Documentation & Training Centre. It was inaugurated by Prof. D.S Chauhan, Director at the Institute.
The book exhibition witnessed a grand turnout of students, faculty and staff, who browsed through a plethora of an abundant variety of books. It featured books ranging from literary classics, philosophy, to modern fiction. There were also sections delving into topics like Management and Information Technology, Culture and history, General Knowledge, Psychology and Counseling, etc.
Notable academicians, philosophers, and experienced professionals such as, Dr. S.K. Kalla (Founder and Chairman, IMS Society), Prof. Vanita Bajaj (Director, IMS Ghaziabad), Prof. (Dr.) K.R.K. Rao (Ex-Director, IMS Ghaziabad) and Prof. (Dr.) Meenu Sharma (Fellow Member, IMS Ghaziabad) enriched the event by making enlightening and inspiring keynotes.
The students appreciated the initiative and thanked the University for organising an exhibition which prompted them to not only buy books, but also encouraged them to develop a lifelong passion for reading.
The event concluded with a grand farewell dinner for the guests and was an overall success. It was an enriching experience for all the participants, wherein everyone had an opportunity to gain knowledge, imbibe insides, unravel mysteries and much more.
IMS Ghaziabad, through this event, has once again set an example and paved the way for other institutions to follow in its footsteps.
