Developing a cooperative working environment encourages critical thinking and problem solving, helping to develop crucial skills that we can use both in and out of school. We should strive to be active listeners and constructive partners when exchanging ideas and opinions, helping to create welcoming and respectful spaces.

The power of our voices can have a tremendous impact on creating and promoting a positive school culture. By consciously using our voices in a respectful and encouraging way, we can create and maintain an environment in which our students can thrive. Encouraging and providing support for healthy and responsible communication is an important step for encouraging growth and success for our school community.
