Conversations on vocation steering mirrored on the purpose of bodily interventions and profession counselling that could be finished in faculties by itself
The Ministry of Schooling organised a a person-working day Consultation Workshop on Reimagining Vocational Training and Profession Guidance for College Students in collaboration with UNICEF and YuWaah on 16 December 2022 at New Delhi.
Secretary, Division of School Schooling and Literacy, Sanjay Kumar, chaired the session workshop and two roundtable interactions with Ministry of Talent Enhancement and Entrepreneurship, Directorate General of Training (ITI), PSSCIVE,Bhopal, NCERT, CBSE, NCVET, AICTE etcetera. The workshop and roundtable interaction were being also attended by different authorities from PwC, YuWaah, Civil Modern society organizations, condition training division, practitioners and organisations functioning in the fields of vocational instruction and vocation counselling, corporates and existing and passed out students.

Resource hyperlink Today, the Education Ministry organized a consultation workshop, in a bid to review the current state of educational policies and to gather feedback from citizens. The Minister of Education, Mr. Smith, chaired the two-hour long workshop and was accompanied by several representatives of the Ministry, who delivered PowerPoint presentations on the Ministry’s current education programs.
The workshop was open to everyone, who had the opportunity to express their opinions about ongoing and upcoming education policies. They were encouraged to share their views on the limitations in current educational regulations and suggest improvements. The workshop was based on the idea of a collective effort to help build a better education system. The Minister applauded the participants for their enthusiasm and keen interest in participating in the fruitful session.
At the end of the workshop, the Minister encouraged a more frequent exchange of ideas with the citizens, in order to ensure all citizens had their voices heard and, based on their feedback, develop better policies. He also promised to go through everyone’s suggestions thoroughly, and to work on improving the quality of education for all learners.
Overall, the workshop was a positive experience for the Ministry, which benefited from valuable feedback from citizens. The Ministry reaffirmed its pledge to ensure that voices from all parts of the country are heard and taken into account when crafting the education policies.
