Dr DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune held Deeksharambh ceremony for the 1st batch of MBBS, BDS, Physiotherapy, Optometry and BSc Nursing college students in the presence of their mother and father in the auditorium of DY Patil Vidyapeeth Pimpri Pune.
This academic 12 months, 250 students have enrolled for MBBS and 100 have enrolled for BDS at DPU. The celebration offered an chance for orientation and tutorial inspiration.
The ceremony began with a regular and propitious Lamp lights adopted by the Saraswathi Vandana and DPU Geet in the existence of Chancellor Dr PD Patil, Trustee and Treasurer Dr Yashraj P Patil, Trustee and Director Dr Smita Y Jadhav, Registrar Dr A N Suryakar, Deans/Directors/Principals and Colleges of all constituent Faculties of Vidyapeeth.

In addition, the principal of the Vidyapeeth, Dr Sumit Pravin Patel, greeted the new and old students of the Vidyapeeth and bestowed blessings upon them. He encouraged them to make the most of their time at the Vidyapeeth and reminded them that hard work and dedication would stand by them in their careers.
The ceremony concluded with a cultural performance by a renowned theatre and music group of the city. The performance was highly appreciated and loved by the audience.
